i found the staff friendly and helpful . they were always willing to assist with any questions or requests i had. i received a complimentary upgrade to a very spacious room.
the water pressure in the shower was slightly weak.

The room size surprised us. It had generous space and a walk-in closet, perfect for a romantic getaway. For anyone attending the theatre, many mirrors ensured a flawless outfit. The room also included a bathroom. Beds were comfy and lighting was good.
The water in the morning was not hot. I had to manipulate the dial without success. I mentioned this to the receptionist who apologized. But there was no manager available.

The staff was very cute. I got a lovely greeting from the evening reception each night, especially from Kieron. His personality was warm and made coming back to the hotel each evening very pleasant.

I enjoyed a delicious meal in the Green Room. The staff cleaned each table thoroughly when it was vacated. The food was presented nicely and was also hot so i enjoyed my romantic experience.

The venue for my husband's retirement in the green room was perfect. it was clean, spacious, and warm. the bar staff were friendly and polite. They kept everything flowing smoothly. the food was really good, with a great variety of hot finger foods that everyone enjoyed.
i had the beef burger for sunday lunch, but it was tough and dense. the bacon seemed undercooked, which wasn't ideal.
